Welcome to Classario, a platform operated by LENEDO TECH FZ-LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed
to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws,
including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where
applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our
websites or use our services. Please read it carefully. By accessing or using Classario, you agree to the terms of
this Policy.
2. Who We Are
LENEDO TECH FZ-LLC is a free-zone company registered in Dubai Internet City, UAE. We operate Classario,
an AI-powered platform designed to help independent teachers and tutors manage their students, schedule
lessons, collect payments, and grow their teaching business.
3. Information We Collect
Account & Profile Data
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, teaching specialisation,
and login credentials.
Student & Contact Data
You may add student profiles including names, contact details, attendance records, and notes. This data is
entered by you as the controller.
Usage & Log Data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time stamps, and
clickstream data.
Payment Data
Billing information (name, address, last four digits of card) is processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment
partners. We do not store full card numbers.
Communications
Messages sent through our Communication Hub, support tickets, and emails to help@classario.com are
retained to provide support and improve services.
AI Interaction Data
Prompts and outputs generated through Cleo, our AI Teaching Assistant, may be used in aggregated,
anonymised form to improve AI models.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following legal bases under applicable law:
Processing necessary to provide the services you have subscribed to.
Fraud prevention, security, product improvement, and analytics.
Compliance with UAE and applicable international law.
Where you have opted in to marketing communications or optional features.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:

• Personalise your experience and deliver AI-generated suggestions via Cleo.
• Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages.

• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), payment processors, email delivery services, analytics platforms, and AI
model providers acting as processors under binding data processing agreements.

Courts, regulators, or law enforcement when required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

account closure, data is retained for up to 36 months to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce agreements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, access controls, and regular security assessments. No
method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.

• Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure – request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).

platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
