Terms of Service

1. The service

Classario is a platform for planning lessons with AI assistance and teaching them live. It includes lesson building, interactive exercises, whiteboards, mini-games, homework, scheduling, student management and video classrooms. We may add, change or remove features to improve the product.

2. Accounts and spaces

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Schools operate a shared space and may invite teachers and students; the space owner controls roles, access and the data held in that space.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Students under that age may only be added by a tutor, school or guardian who is responsible for obtaining any consent required locally. Tell us at support@classario.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Plans include usage allowances, such as a monthly number of Cleo AI generations; we will tell you when you approach a limit.

You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the lessons, materials and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share it with.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for complying with local law when you record, share or reuse a class or a student's work.

5. AI-generated content

Cleo AI produces draft material from the brief you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for a particular class, so you must review and edit it before teaching. You remain responsible for what you deliver to students.

We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose. Rights in the output are governed by the terms of the underlying model provider together with these Terms; we do not claim ownership of the drafts you generate.

6. Third-party content and embeds

Lessons may embed material from third parties such as video platforms, image libraries and exercise tools. That content is governed by the provider's own terms, and you are responsible for ensuring you may use it for teaching. We are not responsible for third-party content or for the acts of third-party providers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights when using the service;
• upload malware, probe or breach our security, or disrupt the platform;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the service beyond the plan you purchased;
• use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit material, or material harmful to minors;
• attempt to extract, scrape or bulk-download data beyond documented interfaces, or use the service to build a competing model or dataset;
• share account credentials, or exceed plan seat limits by sharing a single seat between people.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Classario available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons, and will give notice where reasonably practicable. Support is provided by email at support@classario.com.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Classario and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms, that puts the platform or other users at risk, or where required by law — with notice unless circumstances make that impossible. On termination you may export your content before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.

Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you upload or generate, from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or from your infringement of another person's rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Lenedo Tech FZ-LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that seat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
